Dr. Prashant Kerkar is a renowned s Surgical Oncolgist , Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary and Gastrointestinal Oncosurgeon. He specialises in doing surgeries by minimally invasive techniques . He has been in clinical practice for more than 18 years having performed complex HPB and GI surgeries with minimal morbidity. He also actively contributes towards the DNB Surgical program in training and guiding young postgraduates. He has been a national and international course director at many programs. He also runs his philanthropic activities through two organisations namely Dr. Shantabai Kerkar Charitable Trust and Dr. Balwant Kerkar Pratishthan.
